We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager (depending on experience) to support and grow our digital presence. This role will focus on expanding our owned channels—particularly the website and email—to maximize growth, drive engagement, and build meaningful connections with our core audience of software architects and engineering leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize website and email marketing initiatives to increase visitor traffic, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital channels, aligning content, design, and messaging to support a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to plan, publish, and promote blogs, guides, reports, and news releases. Ensure website content aligns with key product messaging and marketing priorities.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for organic channels, providing data-driven insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage A/B testing and marketing experiments to refine strategies and optimize website and channel performance.
- Utilize marketing technology and analytics tools to support campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on web and email marketing (experience with social media is a plus).
- Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Canva; familiarity with Optimizely/VWO, Google Search Console, and 6Sense is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and apply A/B testing and data-driven marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to apply existing knowledge while continuously learning and expanding expertise.
